The risk of violence in the workplace remains a serious security concern to U.S. corporations of all sizes. Understanding and following preventive behavior methods reduce vulnerabilities.

Our university-accredited workshop teaches realistic awareness of violence-risk and strategic methods for dealing with violent threats. Early identification of warning signs and approaches to de-escalating conflict and non-violent crisis intervention are practiced. Illustration of risk scenarios and responses for personal safety is also covered.
